Suite of Spades ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by Ganda Tech Services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our mobile application Suite of Spades ("the App").

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you register, we collect your username, email address, and a hashed version of your password.

Usage data: We collect information about how you interact with the App, including games played, Gold balance, and artifact ownership. This data is stored on our servers.

Purchase information: If you subscribe to Suite of Spades Pro, your subscription is managed by Apple App Store or Google Play. We receive confirmation of your subscription status via RevenueCat but do not store your payment card details.

Advertising data: The App uses Google AdMob to display advertisements to free users. AdMob may collect your device's advertising identifier (IDFA on iOS, GAID on Android) for ad personalisation. See Google's Privacy Policy for details.

Device information: We may collect device type, operating system version, and app version for diagnostic purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and manage your account
• To provide and improve the App's features
• To process and verify your Pro subscription entitlements
• To serve advertisements to free users via AdMob
• To calculate and award Gold currency (daily bonuses, reward ads)
• To respond to support requests
• To comply with legal obligations

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data with the following third parties only as necessary to operate the App:

• RevenueCat — subscription management. Your user ID and subscription status are shared. RevenueCat Privacy Policy
• Google AdMob — advertising (free users only). Advertising ID and device data may be shared. Google Privacy Policy
• Amazon Web Services (AWS) — cloud infrastructure hosting our backend servers and database.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (e.g. financial records retained for up to 7 years).

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Object to or restrict certain processing
• Data portability (where applicable)

6. Children's Privacy

Suite of Spades is intended for users aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

7. Advertising and Opt-Out

Free users see ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are served with requestNonPersonalizedAdsOnly enabled by default. You can opt out of personalised advertising at any time through your device settings:

• iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → disable for Suite of Spades
• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Delete advertising ID

Pro subscribers do not see ads.

8. Security

All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashed values and never in plain text. Our servers are hosted on AWS with industry-standard security practices.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
